Madison Avenue Agency website is a custom built website using the Word Press Content Management System (CMS). Word Press is a highly used CMS, with a vast array of plugins to simplify and extend functionality. Word Press is free, open source software. Word Press can be further customized with themes and templates.

SECURITY

Protecting data is a priority at Madison Avenue Agency, and we follow strict procedures to ensure security is implemented within our site. Complex passwords are utilized for all logins, including Word Press sign in and enter pages. We monitor our site from any hackers and will ensure site is live but cannot guarantee due to circumstance beyond our control, but will fix and or act in a timely manner to keep the systems live and report any fraudulent usage to our models, photographer and third party users of our site.

SITE MAINTENANCE

Third parties will maintain www.madisonavenueagency.com site, which could include hosting and others services. They will be retained to address issues or problems as they arise.

We acknowledge the use of pictures on our site may hold certain copyrights of a photographer and/or model. All photographs provided by models that appear on site granted the following: (a) 100% ownership, (b) Copyright, (c) Permission from Photographer to post with any third party. All models who provided images, which we posted, have agreed to defend and hold harmless Madison Avenue Agency, officers, employees and affiliates from any third party claims regarding copy right infringement for said usage as described above. If a third party dispute arises, Madison Avenue Agency will remove said image(s) within five (5) business days from www.madisonavenueagency.com site pending outcome of any legal action. Madison Avenue Agency may or may not repost these images and work with this model and/or photographer at its sole discretion regardless if dispute is resolved.
